Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of PatentAgentip.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the PatentAgentip.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the PatentAgentip.com affiliate partner program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1. No Unethical marketing Techniques Policy- You agree to only use markating links in a manner consistent with law and accepted practises. Spamming is prohibited on any account and PatentAgentip reserved the right to terminate your affiliate partnership including any pending commissions, if such behaviours is brought to its attention. 2. Commissions- Commissions are to be paid a 30% on sales for first tier and 5% for the second tier. Commissions are to be paid on the 1st of every month, following the month you send traffic, once your account has reached $50 in commissions. If your commissions does not touch a minimum of $50, then the balance will be rolled over to the next month. All referring sites will be placed with a ¡Ècookie¡É for tracking purposes and it will remain on the users computer for 48 months, during which you will still receive credit for any sales you¡Çve referred. Commissions will NOT be paid for the following: cancelled orders, chargebacks, and fraudulent payment sources *the affiliate referring him/herself as a client. Further, no commissions shall be paid for any sales that have transpired on our partner or affiliate websites. 3. Payment- Payment to affiliates is made on the 1st of every month following the month of the sales referral, provided your account has accrued at least $50 in commissions. If your account has not accrued $50 in commissions then the balance will rollover until it reaches the minimum. 4. Commission Structure- PatentAgentip.com reserves the right to modify the terms of commission structure and delivery at any time. 5. Order Processing PatentAgentip.com will process all orders placed by customers who are linked to our site from your site. PatentAgentip will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment, customer service and returns as it relates to orders placed on our site. We reserve the right to reject any and all orders that do not meet the requirements of PatentAgentip.com at our sole discretion. 6. Term & Termination- The period during which this Agreement will be in effect begins upon our acceptance of you as an Affiliate Partner and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Either party may terminate the Agreement immediately, without notice, if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement and the breach is not cured within 14 days of written notification. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of all links to our site and any other materials provided to you in connection with this Agreement, including any PatentAgentip trademarks and logos. You are only entitled to fees earned during the term of the Agreement. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the links and references to our site are removed from your site. 7. Indemnification- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PatentAgentip.com and its directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders against any loss, liability, damage or expense that we may sustain by reason of any action or inaction by you in connection with your solicitation of orders for services under this agreement or the operation or contents of your web site. 8. Disclaimer- Products, information, and other content available from or through the site are provided "as-is," "as available," and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. In particular, but not as a limitation thereof, we are not liable for any compensatory, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise; nor for any third party claims of any nature, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. The negation of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us and you. The information and other content available from or through the site, and the site itself, would not be provided without such limitations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, you obtain from us from or through the site shall create any warranty, representation, or guarantee not expressly stated in this agreement.
